Has a sign saying Elgin Bar /, A Lightweight Shoe / Goatskin / 3 - 6-1/2 7'11 7 - 9-1/2 8'11 which I presume is English shilling or Italian lira denominations. Negative is 6-1/2 x 8-1/2 in size.
